Petition Outlaw all Premium and Higher rate telephone charges for mobiles and landlines.

Not all numbers are classified as Premium rates yet incur extortionate charges. Some Premium calls are regulated but some are not. The most vulnerable in society incur these charges. The proposal therefore is that all these telephone numbers, whether presently regulated or not are outlawed.
