Make drug indications a prescription requirement, so prescribing errors are identified more appropriately. Many drugs have more then one indication(s) (condition(s)) that are treated at different doses or sometimes similar doses.

In addition to this when drugs are prescribed by doctors errors can be made for instance clomifene and clomipramine is a common error, that can be easily identified if the pharmacist had the indication in front of them. Sofradex eye and ear drop dose gets mixed up commonly. This is just to name a few examples. Sign this petition so this requirement is put into place and patient get a double check on their prescriotion to ensure it appropriatly prescribed fo the indication(s) by prescribers.
