Closed Make cases of unfair dismissal appealable for any employee post-probation

Anyone who has served less than 2 years at a company has greatly reduced rights. Employers can easily make unfair dismissals in this period, unless it counts as automatically unfair. In any other case, including those which would lead to a concrete case against an employer, this is not appealable.
