Rejected petition Allow students to claim refunds on loans for cancelled or lectures being short.

Students should be allowed to claim refunds on students loans, if lectures are cancelled or always cut short. Students spend £9000 a year for so many lectures to be cancelled or lecturers to not actually take a lecture. I don't pay the loan to spend 45 minutes sitting in a room then leaving.
