My local council wrongly ticketed my company vehicle
My company paid this fine and because the fine was paid the council closed the matter making impossible to appeal the ticket
But my company then took this money from my wages leaving me out of pocket

On a non endorseable ticket it’s the owner not the driver that is liable
However if you drive a company car your employer will more than likely pay the fine as ultimately they Will just deduct the money from this from your wages
