Rejected petition Crack down on dog snatching. deliver the same sentence as child abduction

I have spent the last few days on Facebook looking at all the missing dogs that have been snatched and it is discusseding, in my eyes if you can snatch a dog you can snatch a child! and to some there children are there dogs it should be treated the same as kidnapping.
