Did you all know if somebody hits a cat with a car they do not have to report it but if they hit a dog they do?
lets all change this because I am sure there are a,lot of you out there like me that love there cats and I feel that they should have the same rights as dogs as they are just as loved as dogs are.
I want the law to state that if somebody hits a cat that they have to report it.
