In the light of the CSA's inability to be able to collect payments from some self employed parents it should be made possible for the Inland Revenue to be able to collect this money at the end of the financial year when the absent parent files their tax returns.

The CSA does not work if the absent parent is self employed and refuses to pay.

Please sign the petition if you wish to see a change to the way child support is collected from absent self employed parents.
