Rejected petition Debate: The unconstitutional actions of former Prime Minister Edward Heath
More details
British Constitutional Law regarding parliamentary rule prohibits enactment of legislation that if enacted would result in a substantial loss of British sovereignty.
As Prime Minister Mr Heath signed the Treaty of accession by the United Kingdom to the then EEC in 1972, without first obtaining a mandate for that action from the British people by means of a General Election or Referendum prior to the signing as required by the Constitution.
Did Mr Heath by surrendering sovereignty of the British people to a power outside the United Kingdon Knowingly commit an act of Treason against the Crown?
