Petition Allow bilateral cochlear implants in persons of all ages.

At the moment NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence) only allow one side to be implanted in adults over the age of 19 years (they allow persons under 18 to be implanted already)
I have started this petition because I think they are very unfair and cruel.
It is not our fault that our hearing goes and the only chance of saving it is by a cochlear implant.
Also those under the age of 19 can have bilateral cochlear implants and cochlear implants are designed to last for life so why refuse people over 19 years of age
