Whilst fuel duty on fuel for general transport is unavoidable as it would cripple the budget farmers and hauliers should not have to pay fuel duty.

They could be issued with fuel cards which automatically exempt the fuel duty

This would lower the cost of general living for everybody and would benefit the economy massively
