Rejected petition I'm asking about full exclusion for motorcycles and moppeds from ULEZ standards.

As one of motorcycle road users I see many good points in Ultra Low Emission Zone. Reducing diesels is good but ULEZ standards hit huge range of:
- already two-wheel vehicle users;
- new motorcyclists - who's changing car for motorcycle from ULEZ reason

This will reduce to carry 4 empty seats by many drivers in ULEZ area to maximum one carried by a rider.
