Rejected petition If a MP is sentenced to a custodial sentence they lose the seat.

With the sentencing of Fiona Onasanya today she has blatantly lied through her case. This is behaviour not becoming of a politician of HMG. In many professions a criminal record bars you from service this should be the case in the House of Commons.
