I would like to petition that im memory of the late great Sir Jimmy Saville O.B.E, that we have a day each year where we pay homage to the great man himself, where people can wear blonde wigs, wear lots of jewellry and hold a fake cigar, whilst wearing a tracksuit.
I suppose we could also use it for raising money for good causes.
