Rejected petition Help make strangles in horses a notifiable disease.

After experiencing the impact an outbreak of strangles can cause to both horse owners and those in the horse industry, and then also the irresponsible way in which people behave, continually carrying on going to shows etc, so potentially spreading this killer disease further.
If we manage to get 100,000 signatures this petition will be eligible for debate in the house of commons, thus hopefully making this a notifiable disease. We have 12 months in which to do this.
