Rejected petition Reduce council tax in line with cuts to services for the public

Why should we be paying more and more council tax when all they do is keep cutting and withdrawing servicesx what are we paying for! In Somerset virtually all rural roads now don't get gritted, they're not maintaining the roads, the binmen strewn waste all over the place! Yet taxes still rise!
