Petition Place a Fair charge £20.00 Cap on Council PCN charges

Please the Government needs to place a fair charge on PCN. The whole process of appealing is too time wasting for any small business and very hard to understand, to then expect a day in Council Court is totally out of the question to the average working Person or vulnerable persons.

Constant changing of sign posts, machines, payment options limited by poor facilities and many of our traffic wardens have no interest in communicating with confused drivers. The ruthless way in which some wardens place tickets has to be bought down to an affordable level.
