Rejected petition Ensure the Mental Health Act takes account of autism

The current Mental Health Act makes no allowances for autism and the presentation by people with ASC. This means that a large number of people do not receive vital treatment as they don’t tick the right boxes. It needs amending to ensure treatment is available to all.
