Rejected petition Men shouldn’t pay child maintenance for a child if trapped in to a pregnancy
If a woman lies about being on contraception just to get pregnant and trap a man and the man doesn’t want children and the woman doesn’t want to abort the pregnancy she should be solely responsible for that child and the man not made to pay for a child he never wanted

In USA if a woman does this she can get arrested for it as they say it’s a crime to trap a man and they don’t have to pay if they sign a letter to wave all rights to that child
