Closed Equalise private pensions with public sector workers

As public sector workers' pensions are paid out of tax and are guaranteed by the government, it is only fair that private sector workers should enjoy the same pensions benefits. A private sector worker on retirement should therefore be entitled to demand that the government guarantees equality and that private sector workers will be guaranteed the same pension as a public sector worker taking into account same salary and years of service etc.
