Petition UK Tax for ALL UK citizens

ALL UK citizens should pay tax for the privilege of UK citizenship, irrespective of where they live, anywhere in the world.
If you want to move somewhere else where there is a lower tax rate and don’t want to pay UK Tax, then take up citizenship there, get the benefits provided there, and live by their laws, and surrender your right and be a UK citizen, and the benefits that are provided to you by British law.
No more moving to Switzerland, but keeping a house in the UK for 180 day or less per year tax free visits. No more ‘Non Dom’s’ or Bankers holding UK government to ransom over moving to tax free havens.
This is already in force for all US citizens. They pay taxes irrespective of where they live. They may deduct any taxes paid where they live from their tax bills. Many other countries have the same policy.
