Rejected petition something to be done on water pricing at service stations, Airports, etc.

In the past I've had countless encountering with over priced water at service stations, railways, airports, city centres etc. Prices that exceed over 2 pounds for a 500ml bottle of water and sugar drinks actually being lower in cost. This discourage people to take on necessary daily fluids intake.
