Closed Make passing past horses at the speed 15mph maximum whilst on the road a law

We want action on stopping cars speeding past horses as over the past 7 years there has been 2000 accidents including horses and cars on the road and from that there has been 180 horses and 36 people that have died! This is not okay and must be prevented otherwise more lives will be lost!!

In the past 7 years 2000 accidents have occurred involving horses and cars. From this there has been 216 deaths, 180 being horses and 36 being people
