The Scottish Government should have responsibility for all rail in Scotland. People are fed up of rail fare increases, delays and cancellations.

Scotland could then have the power to nationalise the railways, if we want to and cap on rail fares.
Scotland must be an equal partner in all agreements for rail than runs from England into Scotland and have full power and responsibility over all rail in Scotland.
