Petition Officially recognise a 'Small Business Saturday' in the UK

On the 1st Saturday after 'Thanksgiving' the US officially recognises and supports initiatives around a 'Small Business Saturday', whereby the good work and services of small, local businesses is celebrated & supported by shopping with them.

I strongly feel this is something we should also do in the UK, lets have official government recognition of a 'Small Business Saturday UK' and remind our country that our small, local shops are very much open for business!
