Petition Extend maternity protection to returning mothers.

Whilst the law provides protection to pregnant women as a protected class, perhaps more needs to be done to protect those who choose to return to work.Women are returning to work and being demoted; having job titles changed and masked as restructuring, bullied and ultimately pushed out.
