Shamima Begum made a conscious decision to leave the UK to join ISIS, against the will of her parents and friends. Now wishes to return to the UK, for a better life and to bring up her child, at the expense of the UK taxpayer. Shows no remorse for her actions, and no response to atrocities witnessed
