After "Doctor" Fox's inept demand that the Japanese hurry up and sign a trade deal with the UK - having just spent years concluding what appears an excellent one with the EU - it's clear that the UK needs someone with more experience of east-Asian diplomacy. Prince Philip must surely be the man.
