Rejected petition Make by-elections a legal requirement if an MP leaves their party

We have recently seen a great deal of MPs resign from the party's they were elected for. Many now refuse to stand down and totally disregard the electoral process and the views of the constituency electorate. This petition seeks to make defected MPs resign and hold constituency by-elections.
