Rejected petition MPs who resign their Party Whip should submit themselves to a By-Election.

It is noted that from time to time, MPs who feel they can no longer support their political parties cross the floor of the house. This is done without consulting their own constituents who therefore ought to have a say whether they should continue to represent them.
