Rejected petition Any MP that changes/leaves a party must contest their seat.

In light of the recent party defections, these MPs want a second vote on Brexit but won't have a second vote on their seat which they were voted in with a specific party manifesto. I want all defectors now and in future to contest their seat should they change party allegiances.
