Make it law that cyclists need a road safety certificate to ensure the safety of themselves and other road users. The roads are dangerous if they are using the road incorrectly ie. Riding in the middle of a lane on a single duel carriageway traffic is 60mph each way they are putting lives at risk.

A lot of cyclist use the road dangerously and put lifes at risk. And while there is some who wear all the appropriate clothes a lot drive in the middle of the road dressed all in black with no lights.
