Rejected petition When MPs leave their party the seat should be forfeited and a new election held

A lot of MPS have recently left their parties to become ‘independent’ which is fine, however, they should not be allowed to continue in that role without relinquishing their seat and opening it up to a democratic vote in their constituency.
