THE FAILINGS OF GRAYLING - Chris Grayling MP is failing the tax payer. As per the NAO on the privatisation of the Probation Service £500M and more recently the £33M silence money to EuroTunnel. Easier to pay this than the courts question tender process of additional ferry services (no deal).
