Petition Have a maximum of 20 years in prison if found carrying a knife.

There has been 2 knife deaths this weekend. It is frightening that young children/teenagers cannot go out and feel safe. The penalty is not long/harsh enough. I fear for our future generations, my grandchildren and for my own safety. Please change the law. Thank you
