Rejected petition Get heat lamps in the smoking area of the crowborough cross wetherspoons

The sheltered smoking area in wetherspoons is as you can guess, pretty cold a lot. So we thought that it would easy and well apreciated if 1 or 2 heater lamps were installed with a timer system on them or something of the likes.
