Petition Theft of NHS equipment a higher punishable offense

The NHS currently loses millions of pounds in life saving equipment a year by organised gangs either by direct theft or fraud. Let's us make the theft from the NHS a more directly punishable crime both in sentence and in discription.

I have recently been investigating online and through public access of information the extent of this problem and we need to take action to protect the NHS to the best of our ability.
Please help us keep the NHS as safe as we possibly can.
