Ban insurance companies from automatically renewing insurance policies.
This practice requires the customer to call a premium rate phone number to tell the company that they do not want something. When admin errors occur and the policy is renewed anyway, this can leave the customer out of pocket, and having to make another premium rate call to correct the company's error.
Customers should not have to call a company to say they do not want a product, only to say that they do want it.
