Petition A Fair & Just CSA System

We the undersigned wish to ask the Government to scrap the current CSA System and to implement a system that is fair, legal, just and not prejudicial to one side or the other. We would like a system that treats both parents in any situation equally. This roughly means income from both sides should be taken into account and also partners or new partners should NOT be forced to pay for things that they have no control over.
