Mobile speed cameras must be painted yellow, because their purpose is supposed to be to reduce speeds on the road, not to raise revenue
Mobile speed cameras must be poisitioned either where accidents have occurred, or at the entry to a 30 or 40 or 20mph speed zone, because, once again, the point is to protect residents from speed
They must not be sited BEHIND the national speed limit on the exit from a 30 or 40 or 20mph speed zone, as this means the speeder has completed his danger run thro the village!
