I feel the Lord Mayor of Belfast should be forced to stand down due to his ignorance to a young Army Cadet when presenting Duke of Edinburgh Awards. The young girl has worked hard to achieve her award and was shunned by someone still stuck in the dark days of Northern Irelands history.
