DURING THE HOURS OF 12AM AND 6AM HERTSMERE COUNTY COUNCIL ARE TURNING OFF OUR STREET LIGHTS TO SAVE MONEY. THEY MAY AS WELL GIVE CRIMINALS A FREE RANGE TO CAUSE AS MUCH HAVOC AS THEY PLEASE. SIGN THIS PETITION IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS OUTRAGIOUS IDEA AND GET OUR STREET LIGHTS TURNED BACK ON AT NIGHT. IF WE GET 100,000 PEOPLE VOTING AGAINST THIS MOTION IT WILL HAVE TO BE LOBBIED IN GOVERNMENT, SO PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO EVERY YOU KNOW ......
