Rejected petition Make St George's day a public bank holiday.

The year is 2019, we as a country don't appreciate or celebrate our supposed national day yet other country's far and wide celebrate their day with a public holiday. AND THAT SHOULD CHANGE

-Make it a public holiday for all like christmas/easter.
-This intern will boost tourism/national spending.
