Rejected petition Make car insurance for young drivers cheaper.

Hi There,

My name is David and i started this petition for one reason as i am a 19 year old student who has passed his driving test spent £1000 pounds and now when i am looking for insurance there is nothing less then £2500 pounds.

when i spoke to the insurance company they said they cant make it cheaper i must have called by now 300 different company its mad i have no clue what to do. if we can get 10000 people to sign this that will be great,please send to your friends and any one who passes there test.
