Petition Amend Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988

Section 21 allows a landlord, at any time, to give a 2-month notice of eviction to a tenant, regardless of reasoning. This can be for anything as simple as asking for repairs, or a complaint about the property. There should be greater protection for tenants within the UK housing sector.
