All teachers, teacher assistants and lunch time staff should be given compulsory disability training not awareness training. Teachers should be made to attend disability training as a compulsory element of their initial teacher training submitting a piece of work is not recieving training and inclusion in school is reliant on sufficient training as children are being set up to fail in the class room, teachers are struggling to cope. Parents have no choice in sending their child to school and the staff should be equipped to deal with the children.
