Rejected petition Governance of football clubs,continuing fit and proper person tests for owners.

My club, Bolton Wanderers are a founder-of the football league,years of instability including various winding up petitions have threatenied its existence. They are central to the Bolton community. A mechanism should be created to protect clubs and create a trust until their future can be preserved.
