Petition Dispense with live in managers at sheltered housing estates

Sheltered Housing for over 55's do not require a live in manager - we are all able to look after ourselves and each other - dispense with this waste of our money immediately. A mobile manager to cover estates within an allocated area should be sufficient. The mobile managers could easily book repairs, help those tenants who are in receipt of benefits complete their forms etc.
