Rejected petition LIFE SHOULD MEAN LIFE

I'LL make this short if someone is found guilty of a crime and is sentenced to life it should mean life in prison without parole because as you know it doesn't.
But if it comes to light that they're innocent and someone lied or planted evidents then that person or persons should be sentenced to 25years or life.
