Prevent patient identifiable data such as name, address, date of birth and NHS number for all NHS GP Registrations being viewed or processed in India or other countries outside the UK on the same system holding clinical data including that associated with Breast and Cytology Screening. To additionally prevent the process of ophthalmic sight test claims which includes the above information along with benefits details.
